PURPOSE: To prevent a toner from being solidified, and to replenish stably the toner by constituting a titled device of a replenishing roller having an opening on the bottom part of a hopper, and two screw coils provided with a rotary blade for transferring the toner in the reverse direction.

CONSTITUTION: A toner contained in a storage part 1a is fed into a screw coil 5 by a rotation of rotary shafts 8, 14 and a rotary blade 15, also moved in the direction as indicated with an arrow D and fed in the direction as indicated with an arrow F by a rotary blade 10, and subsequently, fed in the direction as indicated with an arrow E by a rotation of a screw coil 11. The toner is delivered in the vertical direction by the rotary blades 10, 15 and made to circulate in a hopper, therefore, it is prevented that the toner is solidified in the coil end part. In this regard, when a replenishing roller 16 is brought to one rotation, the toner is dropped and replenished to a developing part from an opening part H. Since the part between the screw coils 5, 11 and the rotary shafts 8, 14 is hollow, no immoderate force is applied to the toner, and the toner is not solidified, therefore, the replenishing roller 16 is always rotated smoothly and a picture of a good quality can be obtained.
