To make a toner supplied to a developing device uniform, and to stably supply a toner even with a good fluidity under control of toner supply.
The toner supply device 25 is equipped with a toner cartridge 251, a toner delivery device 252 having a case 252a wherein a toner is reserved and a toner agitating shaft 252b agitating and carrying the toner, and supplies the toner to the developing device 23 after agitating the toner. The toner delivery device 252 has a toner introduction hole 252a3 which introduces the toner into the case 252a and a toner delivery hole 252a4 delivering the toner to the developing device 23 across a paper passing region nearby a side end part perpendicular to a paper passing direction and the toner agitating shaft 252b carries the toner to the opposite side from the toner introduction hole 252a3 in a paper passing width direction to deliver the toner to the toner supply hole 252a4.
