Abstract:
To provide a toner supply roller which has a conductive elastic layer suppressed in the change with time of surface electrostatic charge quantity, and to provide its manufacturing method.
The toner supply roller has the conductive elastic layer (14) formed around a mandrel (12). The conductive elastic layer (14) is formed of continuous air bubble type polyurethane foam (141), air bubbles of the polyurethane foam are impregnated with a conductive polymer and a binder, and on the outer circumferential surface of the conductive elastic layer (14), the polyurethane forming the polyurehtane form is exposed.
