Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the impact noise of a beater member and to suppress the influence of an original toner bottle to rotary drive as muth as possible by providing the beater member for imparting vibration to the outer periphery of a toner bottle so as to enable the rocking of the beater member.
SOLUTION: The beater member 319 provided with plural ratchet like teeth 319a projections on the periphery is installed in the lower case 303 of an outside case member 300 through a supporting bracket 320 consisting of a leaf spring. In other words, the beater member 319 is rotatably supported in such a manner that its shaft part 319b is inserted through the hole part 320a of the supporting bracket 320 fitted to the lower case 303. When the toner bottle is rotated by the operation of supplying toner, the beater member 319 rolls by contact friction as well. At this time, the teeth 319a intermittently, that is, discontinuously hit the outside surface of a bottle part 114, so that the vibration is applied to the toner bottle. Thus, the stocking of the toner to the inwall of the bottle is prevented and the impact sound is reduced as well since the beater member 319 abuts on the bottle by rolling.
