PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner excellent in heat-resistant storage property and mechanical strength without impairing low-temperature fixability.SOLUTION: A toner contains at least an amorphous resin, crystalline resin, and mold release agent, and the crystalline resin is dispersed in the amorphous resin. On a torn surface of the toner observed by a transmission electron microscope (TEM), when the length of the periphery of the crystalline resin is A and the length of a portion of the length A of the periphery of the crystalline resin where the crystalline resin is in contact with the amorphous resin is B, the ratio of the length B to the length A (B/A) satisfies B/A<0.8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
