Abstract:

PURPOSE: To increase the diameter of a hollow shaft part by drilling planetary roller insertion holes in four parts of the hollow shaft part in a rotary part point end, forming planetary roller driving pin mounting grooves in both ends of the insertion hole, and mounting a planetary roller to a driving pin through a deep groove ball bearing.

CONSTITUTION: In a rotary part, a point end hollow shaft part 1, intermediate grooved flange part 2 and a rear end tapered shank 3 are coaxially formed, and in an intermediate part of the hollow shaft part 1, four insertion holes 5 for inserting a radial planet roller 10, inserted through a center hole from the peripheral surf ace, are drill Mounting grooves 6a, 6b of quadrilateral section for a drive pin 7, mounting the planet roller 10, are formed successively to both ends of the insertion hole 5. Inner rings of twin seal-provided deep groove ball bearings 9 are fitted by interposing a sleeve 8 to the drive pin 7 formed with quadrilateral shaft necks 7a, 7b, and outer rings are fitted to the planet roller 10. Accordingly, the four planet rollers 10 are mounted positioned in an axial line direction by the bearings 9, and a peripheral surface diameter of the hollow shaft part 1 can be formed to a large diameter in the vicinity of an internal diameter of a ring-shaped fixed track surface 22.
