PURPOSE: To easily perform the centering adjustment between a magazine and a tool exchange arm or the like by screwing an adapter to a shaft-shaped center jig, forming a thread in the periphery, and adjusting the axial direction position of a rotary part of the tool magazine by a turning position of the adapter.
CONSTITUTION: A thread is formed in the periphery of a shaft-shaped center jig 22 fixed to a base plate 20, and a cylindrical adapter 24 is screwed to this jig 22 ' Rotating parts (magazine 28, magazine flange 27, tool pot bracket 31, etc.) of a tool magazine are rotatably built in the adapter 24 through bearings 26, 26'. Accordingly, when the adapter 24 is turned, a position in the axial direction of the adapter 24 and the center jig 22, that is, a position in the rotary axial line direction of the tool magazine rotating parts 28, 27, 31 and the base plate 20 can be moved. Consequently, centering adjustment can be easily performed by adjusting a turning position of the adapter 24 to be fixed by a nut 25 in a condition that the tool magazine is built in a main unit 3.
