Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten time for exchanging tool and attempt to shorten whole working time by preparing a table corresponding to working process, and selecting a tool for next working process during practising present working process. CONSTITUTION:A tool table 30 corresponding to working process is prepared. First, initialization on material of cut member, shape and so on is performed on interactive program for setting a working program starting process identification code 30a, next, an identification code 31a for working process 1, a T code 31b for a tool thereof, and so forth, identification codes 32a-32na for working processes 2-n, T codes 32b-32nb for employed tools thereof are set. And at the same time as practising working process 1, the T code selecting a tool employed in working process 2 is output to omit tool selecting time when working process 2 is started. Whole working time, thus, can be shortened.
