PURPOSE: To obtain a tool for fusing and pasting without requiring much time in local lamination, padding or reinforcing in working nets or plates such as a synthetic resin or vegetable fiber material into tools such as fisheries or furniture or repairing flaws caused in using the tools or limited parts deteriorated into a brittle state.

CONSTITUTION: A solid paste (a) is contained in an inner tank 1 and a coolant (b) is housed in an outer tank 2. Supply pipes 14 and 141 are connected to a lid 4 engaged with an opening of the inner tank 1 and the outer tank 2. A compressor 18 is linked to the pipe 14. A pulley 7 is loosely installed in a liquid distributing port 15 at the end of the inner tank 11. Heat is conducted to the inner tank 1. with heater wires 6, 61 and 62 or a combustible material and a trowel 5 in a shape of conical slope is linked through the heater wires 6 to the inner tank 11. Controllers 17 and 171 are linked to the hollow of the inner tank 11.
