Abstract:
To provide a tool imaging device that can set an interval of imaging positions with high accuracy, in imaging the whole of a processing surface of a tool.SOLUTION: A tool imaging device 20 repeatedly executes imaging of a processing surface 40 of a wire 11, in a state where the wire 11 which is a tool of a wire saw 10 is moving. An electronic control device 30 detects a movement speed in a moving direction of the processing surface 40, and sets a target execution period for an execution period during which imaging with a camera 21 is executed on the basis of the movement speed. The electronic control device 30 executes the imaging with the camera 21 on the basis of the target execution period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
