Abstract:
To prevent an operator from forgetting reference alignment work to be performed after attaching a grinding wheel to a mount.SOLUTION: Provided is a tool management jig 6 capable of unified management of: a wrench 8 for fastening a bolt 79 to be used when attaching a grinding wheel 74 to a grinding device 1; and a gauge 9 to be used for reference alignment of a grinding surface of the grinding wheel 74 and a top face of a table 30 holding a workpiece by suction. The tool management jig 6 is constituted of: a box-shaped tool holding unit 60 in which a recess 600 is formed for housing the gauge 9 on one surface 60a, and at least three or more projections 603 capable of holding the wrench 8 are formed on an opposing surface 60b of the surface where the recess 600 is formed; and a cover unit 62 for covering the recess 600 housing the gauge 9 of the tool holding unit 60. The unified management of the gauge 9 and the wrench 8 prevents an operator from forgetting reference alignment work to be performed after attaching the grinding wheel 74.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
