To provide a tool for opening a can which solves the problem that a pull-tab is raised up and opening of a lid is performed only with a finger when opening the lid of canning, etc. and can easily be employed by a very old person and a person who has a weak force of his or her finger.

In the tool for opening the can, a hanging nail (2) is formed by bending the end of a pull-tab sliding implement (1) in a curved way and two rings (3) for putting finger in are prepared in the other end of the pull-tab sliding implement (1).
