To provide a tool for preventing heat stroke, which keeps a heat temperature at ≤35°C for many hours even in a hot summer environment without impairing an appearance as a tool for preventing heat stroke and a wearing feeling.

The tool for preventing heat stroke supports a microcapsule composition containing a heat storage material. Preferably the microcapsule is supported on the back of a tool for preventing heat stroke and the microcapsule is a solid substance. More preferably a sheet impregnated or coated with the microcapsule is attached to the inside of a tool for preventing heat stroke. Preferably the melting point of the heat storage material is about 0-40°C.
