To solve problems associated with means for alleviating the fatigue of the head due to the present stressful society, for example, the means for alleviating the fatigue of the head, including massage of the head for improving the blood circulation in the head to eliminate fatigue stuff, bathing and hair washing to feel refreshed, a walk in the woods to be surrounded by fresh air and to relieve one's body and mind, or a pay oxygen supply room to feel like walking in the woods, require time and efforts to carry out to achieve certain effects; and to provide a refreshment tool for the head that can be used anywhere and anytime without any efforts.

A tool for refreshing the head is provided, which comprises a cap 10 for the head made of a material without air-permeability or with low air-permeability and a container 20 containing gas 21 used for refreshing the head.
