To provide a tool for removing sebum and keratotic plug of a nasal part by adjusting the load by oneself, in order to change the situation where most methods rely on cleaning using the face wash or using a sheet-like pack for taking out the sebum and keratotic plug, because of the difficulty of removing the sebum and keratotic plug of the nasal part.

A pad having a shape of Mt.Fuji is formed by using plastic materials which can be folded to some extent or hard silicon materials. A folding score of a gradual groove curve is made in an approximately vertical direction from the top part of the pad. A slightly thick triangle-shaped scrubbing edge is arranged along the right and left ridge lines which symmetrically extend from the top part, to just before the foot side part. The scrubbing edge is slightly bent in the front hem part from the lower distal end part. Pinching parts which are recessed enough for finger cushions to abut are arranged in each central part of the right and left symmetric faces across the groove curve.
