Abstract:
To provide a tool for undoing strands capable of easing a load of a worker when undoing strands of a wire rope.SOLUTION: A tool 10 for undoing strands includes a cylindrical body 11, a cylindrical body 12, and guides 14. The cylindrical body 12 is supported by the cylindrical body 11 rotatably to the cylindrical body 11. The guides 14 partition a space formed inside the cylindrical body 12 into first spaces S1 for passing strands 22 undone from a rope core 21, and a second space S2 for passing the rope core 21 and strands 22 wound on the rope core 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
