Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the brushability and brushing feel of a tooth brush and simultaneously to reduce the cost of mold working by arbitrarily bringing flocking holes closer to each other to improve closer flocking without affecting the strength and durability of mold bodies relating to a tooth brush handle and injection molds for the same.
SOLUTION: The tooth brush handle 2 has the plural flocking holes 10 in head parts 2a at the front ends and is molded by the injection molds by using a thermoplastic resin. In such a case, the injection molds have a block 6 built into the mold body 4a and is disposed with a plurality of mold pins 8 projecting into a cavity E at the front end face of this block 6. The plural number of flocking holes 10 are molded by the mold pins 8 at the time of injection molding.
