Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a tooth paste composition in which dextranase can be stably stored for a long period of time, as its residual activity remains high, and the composition shows excellent foaming behavior and gives pleasant application feeling with high safety to oral mucous membranes.
CONSTITUTION: In a tooth paste composition containing dextranase, a combination of (A) a higher fatty alcohol sulfate ester or its salt and (B) an N-long-chain acyl taurine of the general formula: RCONHCH2CH2SO3H (RCO represents a 8-20C saturated or unsaturated acyl group) or its salt is used at a weight ratio A/B=1/2-2/1.
