To make it possible to completely obtain the required amt. of tooth paste having an individual difference simply only by pressing once the opening of the projecting part in a handle part while the required amt. of the tooth paste having the individual difference by one time of operation into a flocking part and to make the flocking part clean by the tooth paste injecting stop valve in a flocking rod while this flocking part is insanitary after the use as there is no valve plug in the tooth paste injecting port.

The stop valve 6 and a pressure spring 4C are fixed into the head part of the flocking rod 4. The base part 8 of the flocking rod is joined to the bearing part 7 of the handle, by which the tooth paste passage 10 in the flocking rod 4 and the tooth paste passage pipe 3A of the handle part are connected. The tooth paste 13 and gas 14 are packed into the handle part 3. The inside of the development 2 is provided with a vent hole 2A and the pressure spring 2B is fixed.
