Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method of an extruded shape for a hollow panel and a hollow panel using the extruded shape to manufacture the wide hollow panel with less unevenness in a simple manner.
CONSTITUTION: In an extruded shape 1 for a hollow panel, adjacent sets of at least two hollow panels 2, 3, 4, 5 are connected to each other in the V-shape or reverse V-shape through a connecting piece 6 at the end. Engagement parts 22, 32 to be engaged in the direction to keep the developed condition in the plane developed condition of the hollow panel unit are formed at the adjacent end part of the connected hollow panel unit. The positional relationship between the connecting piece and the engagement part in the thickness direction of the hollow panel unit is preferably reverse in an alternate manner for each connected part. In the manufacturing method of the hollow panel, the adjacent hollow panel units 2, 3, 4, 5 of the extruded shape 1 for the hollow panel are developed to be worked in the plane developed condition until the engagement parts 22, 32 of the adjacent end parts are engaged with each other by deforming the connecting piece 6.
