A hole in the shape of a ring is opened on the head 1a of a toothbrush. A brush base 2 where a brush 3 is implanted in the head 1a which opens this hole in the shape of the ring for necessary brushing is decided as a necessary elastic structural body in the shape of a hemisphere where the internal side is hollow. The brush base 2 of the necessary elastic structural body makes the pressure which the brush base 2 applies to the brush 3 moderate brushing force of about 200-250 g or quite strong brushing force of more than 500 g to be able to brush.
