Abstract:

To eliminate the drawbacks of a conventional top-based pronouncing device pronouncing low and being not enjoyable to watch it, by making a pronouncing element pronounce high, and concealing a mechanism with which a pronouncing device make sounds, thus rendering the device appealing.

Motive power magnets 38 are provided below a top 51 and an immobile magnet 53 is provided on the top of a core bar. A fixed-point magnet 42 is provided over the core bar and a vibrating magnet 52 is provided below the rotating base 50 of the top. The vibrating magnet is connected to the diaphragm 104, and a pushing bar 5, a pushing plate 22 or a soft pushing member 30, or the like, is provided above and in front of the diaphragm. The pronouncing element 7 is provided in contact with the tip of the soft pushing member.
