When a cord 6 is wound around the winding tube 3 of the top 1, the spindle 4 is inserted into the through-hole 5a of the grip 5, and the cord 6 is pulled while the top 1 is held on a table or floor with the grip 5 abutting on the winding tube 3, the top 1 will be rotated and spun by removing the grip 5 from the top 1.
