Travelling tubes 3 are rotatably arranged to the shaft 2 of the top contacting to the body 1 of the top, the free small wheels 4 are rotatably arranged at the outer sides of the travelling tubes keeping a proper distance from the travelling tubes, and fixed tubes 5 are arranged at outer sides of the free small wheels.
