Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject mix, distributable at ordinary temperature and capable of simply and readily producing an edible topping by blending specific amounts of grain flour with sugar and powdlery fats and oils.
CONSTITUTION: The objective mix is obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. grain flour with 20-100 pts.wt. sugar and 20-100 pts.wt. powdery fats and oils, having ≥40°C melting point and capable of maintaining the powdery state at ordinary temperature. Water is added to the resultant mix to afford a topping for food.
