Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stabilize an arc by stabilizing contact feed to a wire by a contact chip by a simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: A flexible member 11 having a slightly smaller diameter hole than the outside diameter of a consumable electrode wire 3 is arranged concentrically inside a wire guide body 2 arranged inside a torch main body 1, a complicated vibration and a minute speed change of the consumable electrode wire 3 are suppressed, the surface is cleaned and the contact feed by the contact chip 4 is stabilized.
