Abstract:
To provide a torque detection sensor of a self-excitation type that is downsized so that mass production at low cost of the sensors is possible and which can detect compression stress and tensile stress generated in all over a detection target body with a maintained detection sensitivity.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: first teeth 3a and second teeth 3b formed in a ring core 2 to protrude in a zigzag arrangement in a circumferential direction; and a plurality of conduction circuits 6a and 6b connected in series to a first coil 5a and a second coil 5b winding in different directions around the first teeth 3a and the second teeth 3b. There are a plurality of magnetic paths inclined at an angle of +45 degrees and at an angle of -45 degrees to the direction of a core center formed between the first teeth 3a and the second teeth 3b across a detection target body by conduction of the conduction circuits 6a and 6b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
