Abstract:
To reduce defective soldering between a lead pin connected to a lead wire of a coil and a control substrate, in a torque detector for an electric power steering device.
This torque detector 1 is provided with the coils 5, 6 surrounding detection targets T1, T2 of an input shaft 3 and an output shaft 4 connected via a torsion bar 2, lead pins 7 connected to the lead wires of the coils 5, 6, a control substrate 21 having a screw hole 9 soldered under the condition where the lead pins 7 are inserted penetratedly. The lead pins 7 have base parts connected with the coils 5, 6, and a plurality of branch parts branched from the base part, and are soldered under the condition where the branch parts are inserted penetratedly into a through hole 9.
