Title:
TORQUE DETECTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05231968
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a detector wherein phase difference, that is, a zero point of torque may not change due to a change in the number of axis rotations by adding a correcting circuit to a processing system of the detector. CONSTITUTION:Sine wave signals can be obtained from electromagnetic detectors B1, B2 which are static coils by rotation of detecting gears A1, A2 and they are converted into pulse signals by comparators C1, C2. The pulse signals are converted into rectangular waves having time width corresponding to their phase difference by a flipflop 1. The rectangular wave signals are converted into voltage signals corresponding to the phase difference by a low pass filter 11. On the other hand, one of outputs from the comparators C1, C2 is converted into a voltage signal corresponding to rotation frequency by a F/V-converter. Then a linearizer 14 outputs a voltage signal according to a correction curve of a phase difference signal for the preset number of rotations. The correction signal is added to the output signal from the filter 11 by an adder 12 so that a signal with an error due to the number of rotations corrected can be produced.
