Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque intermittence mechanism in which torque is smoothly transmitted.SOLUTION: A torque intermittence mechanism 1 is configured such that high teeth 25 and low teeth 26 of a clutch ring 20 (rotor) engage with high teeth 35 and low teeth 36 of a gear 30 (rotor). Among the low teeth 26, 36, shallow troughs 41-43, 51-53 having smaller opening widths c than projection widths d of the high teeth 25, 35 are formed. Among one torque receiving parts 25a, 35a of the high teeth 25, 35 and the low teeth 26, 36, the troughs 41, 51 having the smaller opening widths c than the projection widths d of the high teeth 25, 35 are formed. Among the other torque receiving parts 25e, 35e of the high teeth 25, 35 and the low teeth 26, 36, the troughs 44, 54 having larger opening widths e than the projection widths d of the high teeth 25, 35 are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
