Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque limiter simple in structure and excellent in the stability of torque.
SOLUTION: A reel stand 2 with torque limiter comprises a first rotating body 4, a second rotating body 6, a first frictional disk 8, a second frictional disk 10, and a disk spring 12. Also the first rotating body 4 is provided with an annular disk part 14, a first shaft part 36 installed projectedly from the center of the lower surface of the annular disk part 14 to the lower side, a second shaft part 18 installed projectedly from the center of the upper surface of the annular disk part 14 to the upper side, and a cylindrical part 20 installed projectedly from the upper surface position of the annular disk part 14 on the outer side of the second shaft part 18 concentrically with the second shaft part 18. In addition, the first shaft part 36 is provided with a gear member 30. On the first shaft part 36, an annular first frictional disk 8, second rotating body 6, and second frictional disk 10 are arranged, and the second frictional disk 10, second rotating body 6, and first frictional disk 8 are pressed by the disk spring 12. The first frictional disk 8 and second frictional disk 10 are rotated integrally with the first shaft part 36, and the second rotating body 6 is rotatable and a gear part 602 is formed on the outer peripheral part of that body.
