To provide a torque transmission structure capable of transmitting a torque of a low temperature rotary machine by means of a torque tube made of FRP without being affected by an axial force of a bolt.
In a torque transmission structure 1 of a low temperature rotary machine, provided with a torque tube 10 for transmitting a rotary torque of a rotor core 20 provided with a superconducting coil to a rotor and bolts for fixing the torque tube 10 to the rotor core 20, the torque tube 10 is formed of a fiber-reinforced plastic having a cylindrical part arranged between the rotor core 20 and the rotor and a rotor-core-side flange 11 including a junction surface 12 in the direction right-angled to the axis of the cylindrical part. The junction surface 12 of the rotor-core-side flange 11 and a junction surface 21 of the rotor core 20 have engagement parts 30 which are engaged with each other in the circumferential direction, respectively.
