A torque control unit 9 engaged with an outer ring 1 in such a way that torque can be transmitted, is housed in the inside of the outer ring 1 made of synthetic resin, a lid 3 made of a synthetic resin is fitted in a lid fitting part 4 at one end part of the aforesaid outer ring 1, each long projection in the axial direction is provided at least for portions where the circumference of the lid engaging part 4 is divided into three equal parts, and the lid 3 is press fitted to the aforesaid lid fitting part 4 while the lid 3 is being brought into contact with the portion of each aforesaid projection.
