To provide a torsion beam type suspension which has a simple constitution and can adjust alignment of a vehicle even if after being assembled to the vehicle and an alignment adjustment method.

A torsion beam type suspension comprises: a tray ring arm 20; and a torsion beam 10 which extends in a vehicle width direction of a vehicle. The torsion beam 10 includes: a bent part of which a longitudinal section parrel to a vehicle longitudinal direction has a transverse U-shape; and an upper surface part and a lower surface part which are respectively continuous to the bent part, and the upper surface and the lower surface part face to each other so as to form an opening therebetween. The torsion beam type suspension also comprises a distance adjustment part, a distance between the upper surface part and the lower surface part is adjusted by the distance adjustment part, whereby alignment of the vehicle can be adjusted.
