PURPOSE: To allow the structural analysis of structural part without requiring any manual work by providing means for storing the positional data representative of the framework of a structure comprising board members and the framework and the analysis results of a model, means for setting structural conditions, and an analytic means.

CONSTITUTION: A CPU 2, RAM 3, a CRT display 4, etc., are provided through a common bus 1. The CPU 2 executes an operational program file 11 stored in a disc unit 6 on the RAM 3. The disc unit 6 stores a CAD data file 7 of a structure to be analyzed, a finite element method analytic results file 8 of the structure, a panel structure file 9, and a stress data file 10. The content of the file 8 is read in upon start of an operational program. Subsequently, subroutines for setting the panel structure, the welding conditions, the stress data, and for analyzing the stress of panel, the buckling strength of panel, and the fatigue strength are executed before returning to the main routine.
