PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all solid state battery which has high output and is stable under a high temperature environment.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an all solid state battery including: a positive electrode active material layer; a negative electrode active material layer whose ten point average roughness Rz is layer-like amorphous LiTiOof 500 nm or less; and a solid electrolyte layer held between the positive electrode active material layer and the negative electrode active material layer.
