Abstract:
To provide a touch display device that can replace a wet-etched electrode circuit with a laser-etched electrode circuit, does not need to limit the length and wavelength of a laser pulse, and is suitable for a single-side electrode structure, and a method for forming the touch display device.SOLUTION: In a touch display device, a patterned touch detection film layer 140 covers a first surface of a transparent cover 110. A light-shielding layer 120 is located between the transparent cover 110 and the patterned touch detection film layer 140. A UV-shielding layer 130 prevents the light-shielding layer 120 from being irradiated with ultraviolet rays. The UV-shielding layer 130 is located between the light-shielding layer 120 and the patterned touch detection film layer 140, and covers the light-shielding layer 120. Arranging the UV-shielding layer 130 in a single-sided electrode structure avoids damage to the light-shielding layer 120 caused by a laser, and this replaces a wet etching process, and reduces costs of an etching process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1D
