PURPOSE: To broaden a degree of freedom in designing, and to offer inexpensive price by sandwiching and fixing a display body such as LED directly in a touch panel, and by electrically connecting a terminal of the display body and a wiring pattern of a wiring sheet together directly by the fixture.

CONSTITUTION: A touch panel is composed of a displaying letter sheet 1, a contact sheet 2 for taking earth for the protection of a contact underneath and against electrostatic, a spacer 3 for insulation underneath, and a wiring sheet 5 on whose surface side a wiring pattern 4a is printed, all of them being integrated together by a double faced tape adhered on each reverse surface except for that of the wiring sheet 4. Between the spacer 3 and the wiring sheet 4, a display body 5 such as LED is sandwiched, so as to fix the display body 5 main body, and to electrically connect its terminal 5a and a wiring pattern part of the wiring sheet 4 together. The display body is thus directly integrated into a panel.
