PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toy vehicle lifting device for lifting a vehicle up and down in a tower in a stable state.SOLUTION: The toy vehicle lifting device includes: a tower 10; a columnar rotary body 13 installed in the tower 10 and extending in a vertical direction; a spiral plate 14 installed in the tower 10, wound around the rotary body 13, and placing a toy vehicle A; a rotating means 30 that rotates the spiral plate 14 via rotation of the rotary body 13; and a contact part which is installed in the tower 10, in contact with two surfaces configuring a corner part of the toy vehicle A placed on the spiral plate 14 at an outer position of the spiral plate 14, to prevent the toy vehicle A from slipping.
