A vehicle body 1 supported by a traveling member 2 includes: an electric motor 3 for actuating the traveling member 2; a first power supply 4; a storage battery 5; a first changeover switch 6 consisting of a rail 61 extending in a substantially advancing direction of the traveling member 2, and a mobile object 62 disposed on the rail 61, and being selectively connected to the first power supply 4 or the storage battery 5 by the movement of the mobile object 62 caused by the inclination of the rail 61; and a second changeover switch 7 which can selectively connect the electric motor 3 to the storage battery 5 or the first changeover switch 6. A second power supply 10 is connected to the storage battery 5 to enable the charging.
