Abstract:
To provide a trace providing device capable of leaving traces on Web pages provided by different Web servers.
The trace providing device is connected to a client terminal 20 for viewing a Web page B by a browser through a network 60, and transmits trace data that can be written to a portion of the Web page B received by the browser of the client terminal 20 as a response to a request made in asynchronous with the request for viewing the Web page by the browser, to the browser of the client terminal 20 that has received the Web page B from a Web server 50.
