Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracheal tube with which the likelihood of inflammation occurring in a tracheal inner wall is reduced.SOLUTION: The tracheal tube according to the present invention comprises: a tube body; and a cuff which is mounted to the tube body, and of which barrel is contractible and expandable. A covering width in a center axis direction of the tube body of a covering region for covering a tracheal inner wall of a trachea when the barrel is expanded inside the trachea, is greater in the back side than in the ventral side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
