PURPOSE: To enable analysis processing to be precise and to increase the number of analysis items by comparing a target generation position which is a true value of a target with an estimated position by tracking processing for each sampling time.

CONSTITUTION: The position data of a dummy target which is generated by a dummy target generation device 1 is converted to a radar signal by a target signal generation device 2 and is input to a target observation device 3 and then the distance of a dummy target, an azimuth angle, and the observation position of altitude are calculated and are output to a tracking filter 4. The tracking filter 4 calculates the estimation position and speed from the observation position, generates the transmission signal for continuing tracking by a beam transmission device 5 and outputs it to the target observation device 3, and then continues tracking. On the other hand, the target generation position and estimation position data which are recorded and reproduced by a data recording/reproduction device 6 are time-adjusted by a tracking data time adjusting device 7 and the tracking error data are calculated for each tracking sampling time by a tracking error calculation device 9 and then are displayed on a screen by a numeric display 13, thus visually and instantly confirming the performance analysis in time series.
