Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track plate for guiding a spindle in a torsion lace machine, without requiring a large size lathe or milling cutter processing machine in its production and capable of being exchanged partially and suppressing a noise in the revolution of the spindle.
SOLUTION: This track plate for guiding a spindle in a torsion lace machine is constituted by forming a gap 6 necessary and sufficient for the revolution of the spindle by the rotation of a spindle plate 5 between the group of outside track plate pieces 4a and the group of inside track plate pieces 4b multiply divided corresponding to at least one spindle plate 5 at an outside ring frame 2 and an inside ring frame 3 and supported by a machine frame 1. By using an engineering plastic, a noise in the revolution of the spindle can be suppressed.
