Abstract:
To provide a tracked vehicle for transporting soil with less noise, which can efficiently transmit engine output by reducing transmission elements such as gears as much as possible, and can run smoothly on curved roads.SOLUTION: A tracked vehicle for transporting soil is known as a scrape dozer in which a driver's cab 15 and a base body on which an engine, a clutch, and a transmission are mounted are rotatably supported by a hollow shaft fixed to a traveling crawler, and a bowl 11 for storing scraped earth and sand is provided between the left and right traveling crawlers. The present invention comprises an engine 1, a generator 3, and a hydraulic pump 4. Drives of drive wheels 36 of the left and right traveling crawlers 40 are arranged so that the axis of an output shaft of a drive unit 20 including an electric motor 21, planetary reduction mechanisms 25 to 27, a braking device 29, and a hydraulic motor 28 for steering, is aligned with the axis of a hollow shaft 50.
