To provide the subject apparatus capable of automatically conducting continuous grading works owing to being so simple in structure as to be multiply mounted with swing raking tine devices horizontally rotatable crosswise despite being of tractor-driven type.

This apparatus is so designed that, there is provided a wide machine frame 1 doubling as a sheathing case 1a equipped with link levers 3, 4, 5 to the three-point hitch of a tractor at the center and also equipped with a power transmission section connected to a power outlet; a transverse rotational shaft 6 is set up via the main gear 2a of the power transmission section, and horizontally rotatable swing raking tine devices 9 are multiply mounted via turning gears 7, 8 on the transverse rotational shaft 6 through power transmission so that the swing raking tine devices 9 adjacent to each other are mutually subject to inside rotation; and the swing raking tine devices 9 are mounted with rod-like swing tines 11 via universal couplings at intervals of the lower surface angles of the disc frames 10 so that the swing angles are in free directions but limited by the side frames 10a of the disc frames 10.
