PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction device which prevents a decrease in security while comprising a mirror which allows a customer to check the inside of a medium handling port for handling a medium.SOLUTION: A transaction device comprises: a medium handling port which performs at least one of discharging a medium and receiving a medium; a mirror for reflecting a medium in the medium handling port; and mirror control means for controlling the mirror by switching it to one of a mirror function effective state in which the mirror functions as a mirror or a mirror function ineffective state in which it does not function as a mirror.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
