To provide a passage permission application program or the like capable of suppressing communication cost or communication data capacity by reducing capacity of permission application data wherein a large number of inlets/outlets are designated, and reducing the capacity of a storage area when storing precedingly designated passage permission application contents.
According to a general-purpose portable communication terminal executed with this passage permission application program, designation columns of the plurality of inlets/outlets are displayed on a screen of the portable communication terminal in a list form, and a mark is additionally displayed to the designation column of the inlet/outlet desired with passage inside it. Presence/absence of the mark in each designation column is distinguished according to arrangement order of the designation column on a passage list. Based on a distinction result thereof, a marked character is arranged in the same order as the arrangement order of the designation column to generate a gate designation character string when the mark is present in the designation column, or an unmarked character is arranged in the same order as the arrangement order of the designation column to generate the gate designation character string when the mark is absent, and the permission application data partially including the gate designation character string are transmitted to an application reception device via a communication line.
