To provide a fluorescent traffic stud for enhancing a fluorescent color applied to an outer shell body of the traffic stud.

Since a white color 3 is formed in close contact on an inner surface of the outer shell body 1, a color and a construction material of a core body 4A do not appear in an external part without passing through the outer shell body 1, the color is prevented from mixing with the fluorescent color. Since fluorescence is reflected by the white color 3, light emitting efficiency is enhanced. Turbidity of a light emitting color by a fluorescent pigment or a fluorescent dye is eliminated by enlivening the fluorescent color, and the visibility of the daytime of the traffic stud can be enhanced by a clear light emitting color.
