PURPOSE: To perform an enormous change of operation diagrams at high speed by installing a pattern diagram storage part registering plural numbers of pattern being temporarily used, and a pointer shift pattern storage part registering plural numbers of pointer shift patterns.

CONSTITUTION: An operation diagram storage part 10 stores a normal operation diagram 11 consisting of sequence columns 4C, 4D and so on, and a pattern diagram storage part 20 stores plural numbers of pattern diagrams 21 consisting of sequence columns 4C, 4D and so on conformed to the sequence columns 4C, 4D, etc., while a pointer shift pattern storage part 30 stores plural numbers of pointer shift patterns 31 for shifting from the operation diagram 11 to the pattern diagram. Now, when the normal operation diagram is being applied, if such an event as applying a certain pattern diagram 21 occurs, an operator inputs a pattern diagram number and a pointer shift pattern number via a system input unit, and if so, both the said numbers are read out, and at the time of shift designation, a pointer is shifted by contents of the pointer shift patterns 31.
